Organized by the Korea Harmonica Education Association (KHEA), the SIHF International Harmonica Festival is organized to: The competition is held once a year as part of the International Harmonica Festival to explore emerging harmonica talent and cultivate backup harmonica talent, to promote international exchanges and discover talented new talents in Korea through the invitation of world-class harmonica artists, to promote harmonica music and to build a partnership of social community.
The harmonica Festival consists of eight competition units, including solo, jazz, ensemble, small ensemble, and large ensemble.
