The full name of the American SPAH Harmonica Festival is the Society for the Preservation and Advancement of the Harmonica.

It is a worldwide harmonica organization. It is held every August and lasts for four days. Nearly 500 harmonica enthusiasts participate in the discussion and lectures at the festival.

 Concerts, charity events, dinners, rookie training and awarding youth scholarships, and spending time with harmonica teachers, experts, manufacturers and friends from around the world,

is a very relaxed and joyful harmonica festival.
